Using SayLift

SayLift is an iPhone app for recording and planning strength training. You may use it for your own training. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use automated tools to send recordings at a scale a person could not.

Train at your own risk

SayLift is not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a certified personal trainer. Its coaching suggestions are calculated from numbers you logged, nothing more. They do not account for injuries, illness, medication, pregnancy or anything else about your health.

Get medical advice before starting a training programme, and stop if something hurts. You are responsible for the loads you choose to lift.

Subscriptions and billing

SayLift is free to download and starts with a 3-day free trial. Using the app after the trial requires a subscription, which costs $49.99 per year, $7.99 per month or $3.99 per week in the United States. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Because Apple handles payment, refunds are requested from Apple, not from us.

Your content

Your workouts are yours. You grant only the permission needed to run the service: storing your data, backing it up to your own cloud space, and sending voice recordings or pasted routines to an AI model so they can be turned into structured workouts. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Availability

SayLift is provided as-is. Features that depend on the internet, such as voice logging, routine import and cloud backup, can be interrupted by outages at services outside our control. Local logging keeps working when they are down.

Ending it

You can stop using SayLift at any time, and delete your account and all of its data from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
